Frequently asked questions
Order processing times are 1-2 business days. During checkout, you can select a pick-up date that is convenient for you — the day you place your order or up to 6 days later. After you have selected a date, please wait for a ready for pick-up email before visiting the store. If you need to reschedule your pick up date, please email us at info@gentechservices.ca or give us a call at (613) 742-8833.
You will receive an initial Order Received email acknowledging receipt of your order, but wait until you receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up before heading over to your store. You will need the order number and photo ID to pick up the order.

For easy order pick-up, please bring the order confirmation, photo ID and the card used for the purchase with you to the store. The person picking up the order must be the same person who placed the order. A government issued ID must be presented and you must present the card used for the purchase.
